The School’s
purpose is to teach Chinese language and culture in an innovative way.
Our classrooms are divided according to students’ Chinese language
knowledge, not by age group.
We teach
the Pin-Yin (Romanization) system by using English alphabets and phonetics
to help students listen and read Chinese. The written language
instruction is the Fan Ti – traditional Chinese characters and supplemented
with simplified characters.
Students
come from both Chinese and non-Chinese speaking families. Our student
family members consist of a combination of Chinese and non-Chinese spoken
background. Our class size is small between 5-12 students per class.
We are
non-profit, non-political, and non-sectarian.
